<p>We live in a momentum that has a life of its own. Our days have a repetitive pattern. We sleep on a schedule we eat at predictable intervals and relax and exercise on regular intervals.</p>
<p>We also interact with others. Our recognition of the reality of who we are going to be with and what they are likely to expect from us is easier to navigate when we are clear how we want to feel about ourselves afterwards.</p>
<p>Many people are fortunate and when they are more aware of their health, their family and friends are pleased for them and accommodates by eliminating temptation and encouraging self fortification as a family value. HHI happy healthy independent &#8211; clean air, high nutrient dense. fiber aware, high vegetable diet, sleeping well, physically active and time for planned relaxation.</p>
<p>By viewing our body as our vessel to navigate through our life. It is what it is and how we feel about our long term capacity to believe in our decision making process. The better care we take of ourselves the more reason we have to believe in ourselves.</p>
<p>This material could be read in slowly and hypnotically with a feeling that allows the subject to suspend their critical judgment and flow with the idea that they are the captain of their vessel. <p>When I saw people for weight I tried to evaluate their associations with others to see influences and implications as part of the broad picture.  </p>
<p>The broad picture I would be asking about would be how much of a priority the individual&#8217;s goal was to them and do their loved ones and friends support their goal. </p>
<p>    1) Why do they want their goal.</p>
<p>     2) What do they think will change as they become closer to goal?</p>
<p>    3)  What is their history of being at goal weight?</p>
<p>3) Where are their parents, siblings,  and friends in relation to being normal weight and their level of activity?</p>
<p>4) If you were having a day where you had a craving for something unhealthy would you be encouraged to immediately make affirmative actions toward satisfying that craving?</p>
<p>        Or</p>
<p>Would you be encouraged to be mindful and remember the broad picture and its bbenefits?</p>
<p>5) I told people that I was a vegetarian and when going to visit my parents  would often bring my own  food. I found by being clear on why I was doing what I was doing it was easy to not be tempted to eat the foods that I have now learned to avoid.   I was appreciative that my mother&#8217;s focus was more on how I was trying to control my health as I wanted to rather than eat something that I perceived as unhealthy to satisfy her pride.    </p>
<p>These were some of the ideas I would have in my mind and look for in predicting how well a person would do in achieving their weight goal.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Warmth you can feel as you imagine warmth flowing through your body is healing warmth. Where there is a more complete blood flow and with targeted warmth there is a greater circulation of healing flowing through your arteries and veins and your capillaries.  Look up parts of body. And blood flow.  This enhanced flow is in your mind and measureable on your body.  The more relaxed you are the more your mind and body can cooperate in a more Zen like maner.  By relaxing your arteries and veins and allowing more flow and directed flow you can bring targeted warmth and healing to chosen locations.</p>
<p>	Imagine your stomach </p>
<p>Imagine being so in the moment that you are more aware of what you want to be aware of  and less aware of your normal concerns.  More aware that you are relaxed and more aware that you want and need to unwind.  Much as with our computers there are times when to accept new programs we need to restart.   Computers used to restart faster.  Now we have several programs that load so restarting your computer takes a little time.  People need an honest down time while awake to be able to feel sufficiently relaxed to reset our energy level to have more energy to do that which we need or more energy to do what we wish to do and after having relaxed we are more able to feel a sense of abandon when we wish to sleep.</p>
<p>	The effects of the tape are cumulative.  Hearing the tape once will have an effect just as with exercising once will have an effect.  The more you hear this the more that you mind bocy connection can cooperate with each other to fine tune you while raising the bar for  you optimal performance. <p>     There are several requisite behaviors that are consistent with the idea of long term HHI.  Energy is the flow of life.  Movement and activity as an essential part of our normal daily routine helps us to establish a foundation or our own belief in ourselves.  Eating in a healthy manner helps us to remember that we car how we feel.</p>
<p>         If you were given a free high end automobile and were told that you were part of a program.  To maintain the free vehicle you need to maintain it it. But&#8230; &#8220;computers are dumb&#8221; and just do the same thing over and over on static data (iterative loops).<br />
and&#8230; teachers, who even have full Logo available, sometimes have difficulty with AI modeling<br />
and&#8230;new &#8220;basic&#8221; programmers comfortable with List Data Structures and Simple Recursion are unusual.</p>
<p>So, since we have a chance with Microsoft Small Basic to design an early Computer Science tool.<br />
&#8230;could a very simple <strong>list</strong> object be available (with First and ButFirst at least)<br />
&#8230;can program <strong>modules</strong> be available (as in the MIT Scratch Program)<br />
&#8230;can programs ever execute subprograms that the program itself has created (<strong>symbol</strong> manipulation) as is available in Lisp and Logo</p>
<p>We need to keep thinking about (1) our thinking (assumptions) and (2) the tools we use to think with. Small basic design is an incredible opportunity to start up the best possible features to help our thinking in the future.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a <strong>relaxation</strong> tape that I made in 1992. I have typed it out and am in the process of remaking this tape. You will note that it seems to end and then there are other paragraphs. I am in the process of putting the elements together. Fred Max</p>
<p>This is Fred Max of <strong>Maximaginemp3</strong> and this mp3 is here to help you to achieve a more complete feeling of relaxation. This mp3 relaxes deeply and has you feeling more rested and energized after hearing it.<br />
As you begin take several deep breaths where you inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth as deeply as you can. As you inhale imagine the warmed air flowing through your body. Inhale and exhale as deeply and slowly as you can. As you exhale imagine half the tension leaving your body. By taking a few moments to be aware of you breathing</p>
<p>This is your time your time to <strong>relax</strong> your time to feel comfortable your time to be free. Allow yourself to feel relaxed very relaxed as though every muscle, every fiber, every cell in your body were relaxed deeply relaxed. Your breathing is calm and rhythmic, calm and rhythmic.</p>
<p>Allow your arms to <strong>feel heavy</strong> very heavy and your legs to feel heavy very heavy your arms your legs your hands your feet feeling relaxed and heavy. As you relax you allow yourself to go deeper and deeper.</p>
<p>Your arms are <strong>relaxed</strong> your legs are relaxed your hands and feet are relaxed feel relaxed very relaxed as though you had been physically active for a period of time and now it&#8217;s time to allow yourself to relax</p>
<p>Imagine you&#8217;re <strong>lying down</strong> with your neck supported feeling relaxed and you feel your feet feeling warm your feet and your ankles feeling warm. (9minutes) and you feel that warmth traveling up from your ankles through your legs you feel that warmth and allow yourself to go deeper and deeper feel that warmth from your legs to your knees feel your knees feeling a warmth as if your mind is sending your body messages and allowing the warmth to go to your knees and from your knees into your thighs (ten forty six) and your hips nice and warm very warm</p>
<p>and from your hips in to your stomach nice and <strong>warm</strong> your stomach is feeling warm and relaxed you feel your stomach feeling relaxed as you go deeper and deeper and deeper you feel your stomach and your chest feeling relaxed very relaxed and your shoulders and your neck feeling warm and relaxed as you go deeper and deeper you become more like mind than body and you imagine that warmth in your neck and head and checks and your ears and your scalp and your eyes nice and warm and your nose and your sinusis and your forehead feeling warm warm and relaxed (14:45)</p>
<p>imagine that <strong>warmth</strong> in your shoulders and your arms to your elbows nice and warm nice and relaxed and imagine that warmth from your elbows to your wirists. imagine that warmth from your elbows to your wrists nice and warm and from your wrists to your hands nice and warm nice and warm and your hands and your fingers nice and warm imagine that feeling warm and relaxed imagine that the more that you feel this tand the the more that you practice the idea of warming up your hands.</p>
<p>There is a positive association between warming up your hands and being able to <strong>allow</strong> headaches to <strong>dissipate</strong> headaches. (17:18) when you want to and the ability to allow headaches to fade away its a nice thing to practice. the more that you hear this the the more that youlbe able to practice your hands as being warm having them become warm and sending a nice message to your pbrain allow the tension to dissipate.and so relax deeply relax you know how some things that are out there we hear and some are just white noise and to some peopole there are even internal noises that they hear and when they relax and when they deeply relax what they are doing is having a mental reset button where you go down take a half an hour a few times a week and feel relaxed comfortable and you allow yourself to be focussed on being relaxed for everything else is on hold (20:32)</p>
<p>period of time kind of like a <strong>rejuvinatoer</strong> and sometimew even when you are really busy doing a poject its nice to take a period of time hear the tape collect your thoughts and the allow the extraneous ones to just float float away it allows your ears to feel relaxed and quiet down and feel peace and be in control.</p>
<p>In effect we can fine tune our <strong>hearing</strong> so that we can hear what we need to and want to hear and allow other things to be in the distance and so relax deeply relax 23:13 taking a period of time to relax is a natural thing to do where you take a time really nice with headphones and you allow yourself to float float float. softer as you go deeper and deeper in fact youll find that when you are reall busy youll say mm and I want to you want to tune out I want to plan on tuning after. I know I;ll feel better afterwards 24:58 put on your headphones and imagine allowing your mind and body to hit the reset button for all systems go through tehir internal check just like when a plan lands a whole army of people come out and inspect it had to toe and it allows millions of flight to go on and not even think about it cause the took the time to check it out. and so relax deeply relax to really tune out we need a contrast having a period of time where we are on where our body is moving our heart is pumping our blood is flowing and cleansing our internal cobwebs some do it by walking some do it on a treadmill bicycle elytipacal trainer, whatever it is by making the time to make physical activity several times a week a high priority makes the rest fo the week feel easier. 29:30 by relaxing while awake like this a few times a week by exercising for a period of time a few times a week and by eating healthy you develop a confidence that has you know that you&#8217;re in your corner. you eat healthy you relax on regular intervals you exercise on regular entervals you&#8217;re hedging your bet. 31:01</p>
<p>the more that you <strong>hear</strong> this the more relaxed you&#8217;ll become each time yoou hear this you&#8217;ll go deeper and eeeper and deeper you. more you hear this the you&#8217;ll wake up feeling refreshed. If you are hearing this at a time when you are feeling stressed or very tired you</p>
<p>if you are <strong>hearing</strong> this at a time when you would like to awakedn imagine a</p>
<p><strong>Hearing</strong> this tape once will have an effect just as exercising once will have an effect</p>
<p>The <strong>Warmth</strong> you can feel as you imagine warmth flowing through your body is healing warmth. Where there is a more complete blood flow and with targeted warmth there is a greater circulation of healing flowing through your arteries and veins and your capillaries. Look up parts of body. And blood flow. This enhanced flow is in your mind and measureable on your body. The more relaxed you are the more your mind and body can cooperate in a more Zen like maner. By relaxing your arteries and veins and allowing more flow and directed flow you can bring targeted warmth and healing to chosen locations.</p>
<p>Imagine your stomach</p>
<p>Imagine being so in the moment that you are more <strong>aware</strong> of what you want to be aware of and less aware of your normal concerns. More aware that you are relaxed and more aware that you want and need to unwind. Much as with our computers there are times when to accept new programs we need to restart. Computers used to restart faster. Now we have several programs that load so restarting your computer takes a little time. People need an honest down time while awake to be able to feel sufficiently relaxed to reset our energy level to have more energy to do that which we need or more energy to do what we wish to do and after having relaxed we are more able to feel a sense of abandon when we wish to sleep.</p>
<p>The effects of the tape are cumulative. <strong>Hearing</strong> the tape once will have an effect just as with exercising once will have an effect. The more you hear this the more that you mind bocy connection can cooperate with each other to fine tune you while raising the bar for you optimal performance. When we have relaxed more of us are in our coner. Moe of us are on our side. Relax Deeply relax.</p>

<p>Today the topics were children teacing us about Spiral Dynamica, web cam videos on SD, Obesity and SD, storage for idea clarity, music in the things you tell yourself.</p>
<p>You can use your day planner (I use the weekly at a glance Planner) but you can use the blog itself</p>
<p>I can gradually add the content of the tape and then make thing more clearly</p>
<p>I can type up the topics for the tapes in the five parts</p>
